Fundraising
Fundraisers help our program succeed! Not only is it more time the players are spending together bonding, but it allows us to do team activities like tournaments, team dinners, and helps cover extra equipment so we can provide our players with the most positive High School Volleyball experience at Vista.
- Middle School Clinic ran by Varsity players
- Sunrise Scrimmages Frosh and JV players officiate and run snack bar, Varsity players may need to help
The goal is to raise $7200 every year. This equates to $200 per player.
Transportation
- All athletes are provided transportation to and from away games on the district bus. It is required that all players ride the bus to games.
- Transportation cost is $150, check payable to Vista del Lago HS/ memo student name and transportation fee. Fees are paid directly to school at Student Accounts/ Michelle Fahey.
- Early release is always 15 mins prior to bus/van depart times.
- Players with the required transportation forms on file may be released to a parent.
- Varsity players are required to ride the bus home after away game matches
Home Game Expectations
- All players expected to be onsite 1 hour before the start of the game. Setting up 45 mins before the match.
- Varsity players officiate the JV and Frosh/Soph games.
- JV and Frosh/Soph officiate the Varsity Games.
- Frosh/Soph run the 3 ball system and 1 table person for scoreboard (4 players)
- JV provides 2 lines persons, libero and scorebook (4 players)
- All JV and Frosh/Soph not working the game are expected to stay for the first set of the Varsity game. This should be something you "want" to do not something you "have" to do.
