All athletes need to be registered on
https://www.athleticclearance.com/ and have a current physical (FCUSD Physical form) before they can participate in any sports
Athletic Department / Athletic Clearance. Please make sure all Physicals are current and uploaded.
YOU CANNOT TRYOUT or PARTICIPATE IN SUMMER without one.
This process can take time, so please plan accordingly. Physicals from last year are good until the physical expires
